I have led weekly and monthly group movement classes where we safely explore integrating body, heart, and mind while reducing the shame that comes from isolation. Join me in this 45 minute gently guided, rhythm supported, moving meditation. As we focus our attention and connect with the body, tension is released, and our natural state of wholeness emerges.
